Job Summary

We are looking for a LPN NURSE AND RN NURSES to join our team! You will be directly working with Members, following a one-on-one care plan With members in the Group homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets Members needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Medical group Home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Members with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
Care for Members Cleaning of G tubes and medication Administration
Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
Build relationships with Members by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Give medications and Appointments follow ups
Engage Members in exercises or other activities

Qualifications

Graduated as LPN or RN
One year prior professional experience
Driver’s license required
Nursing License by Arizona Board required
Social security card
drivers license.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
